By creating an account and using UrgentJournal you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree do not use the service.
UrgentJournal is a trading journal platform that allows traders to log trades, track performance, upload screenshots and videos, and analyze their trading data. UrgentJournal is a journaling and analytics tool only.
UrgentJournal does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of financial guidance. Nothing on this platform should be considered financial advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. UrgentJournal is not liable for any trading losses you incur.
UrgentJournal offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Your subscription continues until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until your billing period ends.
All payments are final and non-refundable. There are no refunds for any reason including partial months or unused subscription time. If you cancel your subscription you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old to use UrgentJournal. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You own your trading data. We do not sell your personal data or trading data to third parties. We store your data securely using Supabase. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting urgentjournalLLC@gmail.com.
You agree not to use UrgentJournal for any illegal purpose. You agree not to attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service. You agree not to share your account with others.
UrgentJournal and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by UrgentJournal and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
UrgentJournal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
